Hello everyone!
Today we have a quick update regarding the support units that arrived at the warehouse over the past weeks.
The warehouse is now fully prepared and ready to start processing the final shipments to the regions that we couldn’t reach earlier, due to the units lost in the sea freight incident.
As already mentioned in previous replies to some backers, we are currently in the queue for fulfillment.
Please note that late November and the first two weeks of December are peak season for all logistics companies — therefore, you can expect to receive a courier notification during the first two weeks of December.
In our estimation, after December 10th/12th, emails from the courier should begin to arrive — which finally means: we’re almost there!

It has been very challenging to handle an additional production run, we had never faced a situation like this before. We know that these things can happen, but when you experience them firsthand, managing everything becomes far from easy.
This was made even harder by the floods we went through, which caused us serious difficulties on many levels. Despite everything, we kept pushing forward and your support made it possible.

Hello everyone,
We are pleased to finally confirm that all documents have been finalized, all shipping partners are fully active, and the cargo has now been dispatched to be loaded onto the vessel.
Important Note:
We have changed our shipping provider for sea freight and are now using different pallets to avoid any risk of losing units, as unfortunately happened in the past. That issue not only delayed deliveries in certain EU regions but also caused us a significant financial loss. For this reason, we have invested considerably more resources to ensure everything is managed differently this time, with the highest level of protection for all products.
The vessel is scheduled to arrive at the end of September. As soon as everything is in the warehouse, we will immediately proceed with fulfillment.
We remind you of the improvements of the LED strips that have been confirmed to you and that we also presented in the previous update:

Our factory team is in the final stages of testing and approving the new accessories for the official mold production, as presented in the update 4 weeks ago.
We also remember the upgrade of the update from the beginning of July:
The LED strips are now twice the length of the original — each measuring 7 meters. This means just one strip is enough to light up both the top and bottom sections of Adaptabletop.
And the best part? This upgrade is completely free as our way of showing appreciation for your amazing support.
BONUS EXTRA GOALS: We are working on an extra goal that we cannot reveal just yet (as we are currently finalizing production costs to ensure everything remains manageable and sustainable). However, we will have exciting updates for you by the end of summer.
FINISHING TIME OF ACCESSORIES
According to the latest update from the factory, everything should be ready in the fall. We will handle the entire process with the same procedure as our new partners, who are now managing the pallets for shipping support to the vessels. This is crucial to prevent any possible damage to the pallets and, consequently, to the products.
To be transparent, the previous incident that destroyed so many units was a traumatic experience for us and caused a huge economic loss. For this reason, we are taking every precaution to ensure maximum safety and protection this time.
In the next update, we will present the new accessories that you will receive as an upgrade. Please note that there will be no additional cost for you – this is our gift to thank you for your support.
