Shipments - EU and UK part 2

Hello everyone! How are you?
As mentioned in the previous update, we can now confirm that all the material arriving from the U.S. warehouse (which was our extra sales stock) has now reached the EU warehouse, and we are ready to start working on shipments next week. The areas that will definitely be covered with the remaining units are:
- France, the Netherlands, and part of Germany
Other areas that are not being processed at the moment will be handled with the next stock, which will be available in the coming months. This stock has been entirely self-financed by us, as the insurance in China for the units that were destroyed will likely only provide compensation after the summer.
UK & IRELAND
The Spiral Games team has informed us that they are finally fully operational and are starting the process of retrieving the pallets from the NL warehouse. They apologize for the weeks of inactivity, but the entire team is now 100% back in action as of this week. We are happy to finally receive their confirmation of pickup so that shipments can be processed once they have transferred everything to their warehouse.
URGENT NOTICE:
This morning, we were instructed to evacuate because our region (along with others in Italy) is currently under monitoring due to heavy rainfall causing river levels to rise. The danger level is now RED.
We are located at the center of the attached map:
Unfortunately, we have now seen the situation in other regions of Italy, such as Tuscany, where the conditions are truly tragic. We are making this update from outside the risk zone, as we were evacuated two hours ago. We hope to remain away from our homes for as little time as possible and that the situation will be resolved quickly. However, if this is not the case and we find ourselves facing events similar to those of 18 months ago, we are prepared. We have safe accommodations with relatives and will remain fully operational, ensuring we can continue our work under the best possible conditions to provide support despite this truly difficult situation. Our past experience has allowed us to organize our work in the most effective way, even in the face of adversity.

Hello everyone!
Shipping Update
Today, we want to confirm that the warehouse has completed cataloging all materials from the first ship that arrived in January. We are now ready to start shipping! Below is the shipping schedule for the inventory from this shipment:
🇬🇧 UK & 🇮🇪 Ireland
We have sent Spiral Games the product details for pickup. Next week, they will be able to complete all the necessary paperwork to import the goods into the UK.
Once the stock is ready in their warehouse, they will proceed with order fulfillment. This process is expected to take approximately 2 or 3 weeks , provided there are no delays due to customs inspections (which are random and may cause unexpected delays).
🇮🇹 Italy & 🇪🇸 Spain
The inventory is ready for processing, and shipments will begin on Monday, the 17th, with deliveries handed over to couriers for distribution.
📦 Second Ship
We are waiting for the second ship to arrive at the port so we can proceed with customs clearance, inspections, and warehouse transfers.
Once this phase is complete, we will post another update with the shipping schedule for the remaining EU regions.
📝 Notes from Last Month's Update
Below, we are including notes from last month’s update, which might be useful.
Important Note: In China, we received an update on what happened to the pallets that were destroyed. Unfortunately, this was caused by an accident involving two transport vehicles at the dock, which tragically resulted in three serious injuries. We were deeply shocked to hear about this incident and could not have anticipated such a severe and collateral issue.
To address this situation, we are planning an additional production run between April and May to provide backup stock. This will allow us to support backers who did not receive their product or whose shipments may not reach their destination due to carrier issues. This service will be fully at our expense, as has been the case for all support provided to backers in the USA, Asia, and Canada.
Regarding the destroyed units (a total of 735), our insurance claim has not yet been finalized. This process may take several more months due to the serious circumstances surrounding the incident, including its impact on the health of those involved. Meanwhile, we are proceeding without waiting for insurance reimbursement, even though this represents a significant financial burden for us. We are committed to not delaying shipments further.
Wave 2: As mentioned in our recent updates, the factory will be ready to begin production of the improved accessories after their return from the Chinese New Year holidays, between late February and early March. We will confirm the exact start date once the factory team is fully operational by the end of February.
We confirm that this is the final shipping session for the base product. Once it is completed between January and February, all regions worldwide will have been covered. This is a great relief for us, considering everything that has happened and the challenges we have faced. We want to sincerely thank all of you for your support and for standing by us during these extremely difficult times.
In the next update, we will provide shipping updates for the second ship arriving in the EU. This has already been mentioned at the beginning of the update, but we are highlighting it again to ensure clarity and make it easier to read.

Hello everyone!
We hope this year has started in the best possible way for you.
Today, we’re pleased to confirm that the team managing the retrieval of our product from the European port in the Netherlands has informed us that their work has begun. This comes after the year-end break and the strikes that took place during the first week of January. As a result, we expect everything to arrive in our warehouse by next week. This will allow our logistics team to organize the workflow efficiently to manage shipments (just as we successfully did in other parts of the world).
We will begin processing shipments this January. A quick update will follow, specifying which regions will be covered in this first round. Regions not covered at this stage will be managed with the second shipment, expected to arrive on February 13. Therefore, we can confirm that within the next 20-25 working days, all products from both shipments will be dispatched across the EU and UK.
As with other regions where shipments have already been completed, we must inform you that due to the units destroyed in China, the quantities and availability of colors differ from the original production. As such, it may not be possible to ship all orders in their originally selected colors.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well.
Before we go into detail about the last delivery area (EU and UK), we would like to remind you (you have already been notified via email, but for safety, we will also do it here) that the courier strike in Canada is still ongoing, and we can assist with post-shipping support once the service is active again (as of today, we have no official communication about the resumption of courier services).
Today, we want to confirm the arrival date of the first ship (China - Europe).
As stated in the previous update, the shipping timeline is being respected, and by the end of the month, everything will be at the port (after Christmas - By December 27th).
The working procedure remains the same as the deliveries to other countries:
- Customs clearance
- Loading the material into the warehouse
- Storing the material in the warehouse
- Managing individual orders to be handed over to couriers
- Pickup of shipments by couriers
- Delivery of the shipment.
In the next update, we will have the opportunity to present the shipping activities that have been initiated.
The USA zone has kept a small stock for those who may need support in the upcoming months (our support service is always operational daily). Most of the remaining material (which was intended for sale) is on its way to Europe due to all the pallets destroyed during the loading in China. As we did for the USA and Canada, we are using all our extra stock to recover from this damage.
Now, we want to take a moment to wish you all a Merry Christmas, to your families, and to your loved ones. For us, this Christmas will be special because, after 2 years, it is the first one we can spend at home, in safety, after the terrible and devastating floods that have tormented us over the past 16 months.
Regarding this, I want to thank everyone for your support, for your messages of encouragement. Now that everything is behind us, we can honestly say: it has been really difficult to get back on our feet after everything we lost, both in terms of mental health and financial damages.
As recommended by my psychologist, who guided me through a 10-month journey to regain clarity, self-esteem, and psychological strength after everything that happened, and on his advice, to leave everything behind as if it were a bad dream, I want to share with you the days following the biggest flood we endured, in which more than 350 volunteers came to help us.
In this last photo, among all the people who voluntarily chose to stay away from home for over 5 weeks and sleep with us in the indoor basketball courts on camp beds, there are 5 guys who participated in this project and in Darkest Doom. Now, I’m getting emotional again, but I want to thank them once more for their affection and incredible spirit of solidarity, for all the help we received. Honestly, without their support, it would have been even more difficult.
We are incredibly happy that we can speak about this without fear anymore. We wish you all a wonderful Christmas with the people you love.
