Shipments Update

Hello everyone,
Today's update will focus on summarizing the regions where our warehouses have completed shipments by handing them over to the couriers, as well as the areas where we are still awaiting the arrival of ships at the warehouses, so that orders can be prepared and dispatched.
Asia: All shipments have been completed.
Australia: All shipments are currently in progress. The warehouse has been working for several weeks to prepare orders, and in many regions, deliveries have already been made. All shipments are expected to be completed within 6-8 business days.
USA and Neighboring Countries: The entire USA region has been completed. The warehouse has processed all orders and handed everything over to the couriers. This week, orders for Mexico are being prepared. All the EXTRA material that we have left in the US zone will leave by ship for the EU/UK zone, this to be a support for all the damaged units that we have lost. The ship from the American port is in reservation after next week (this week serves to guarantee support to US Backers who have problems with the courier).
Canada:
The customs paperwork we previously prepared was no longer valid—although correct for past regulations, new Canadian customs documentation is now required. As a result, our U.S. manager had to obtain the updated forms to proceed with the importation. The shipment is now ready to leave the U.S. warehouse for Canada, where it will be processed and handed over to the couriers. Delivery is expected within October.
Europe and UK:
Shipments for Germany are currently being processed and will soon leave the warehouse. All backers in Germany who did not receive their deliveries by the end of October will have them dispatched with the next ship, which is scheduled to depart from China in the coming weeks. The earliest departure date is October 15. Unfortunately, the cargo could not be shipped in late September due to strikes and early October holidays in China.
In November we can entrust everything to the central warehouses of the EU and UK area to complete the shipments.
Accessory Note:
By the end of this month, we will also be able to showcase the accessory upgrades and provide a work schedule. We had planned to present this earlier, but we have only just returned home after being displaced for a few days due to precautionary measures following recent floods. These measures were advised by the civil protection authority in our region. Thankfully, our neighborhood was unaffected, though some relatives and friends have suffered damage.
Given the humanitarian aid we received last year from volunteer citizens during our flood, we dedicated all of last week to helping those in need. This didn’t prevent us from being available to support the couriers (we worked through the nights to assist with delayed shipments or those that hadn’t reached their destinations).

Shipments Update

Hello everyone,
We’re pleased to confirm that all the ships in transit have arrived, and that the warehouses received their stock. Unfortunately, the material received is defective, as many units arrived damaged. At this point, we are uncertain where the damage occurred—most likely before the ships departed from China (We are doing checks to have the guarantee that the insurances can be active to recover the damage of the damaged products). The shipments also included extra units intended for customer service and additional sales (for those who wanted more Adaptabletop units in our store). These extra units will now be used to replace the damaged ones. The only difference is that we may need to ship black sets instead of other colors, as the extra stock is always black.
USA and Neighboring Countries: Next week, the warehouse will start processing everything and preparing for shipments. Shipments are scheduled to begin on September 10th.
Canada: We are in contact with the warehouse to arrange for the material received in the U.S. to be sent to Canada. Once everything is ready, shipments will begin. We expect these to start in September(After September 15), and we’ll provide an update as soon as we have confirmation.
Australia: The second ship has been received, so they will start processing shipments on September 10th.
Europe: The first ship that arrived will cover the German region.
Second Ship: The second ship, scheduled to depart this month, will cover the remaining EU zones that are not yet covered. We will provide an update in mid-September to confirm the ship’s departure. This ship also includes material from the UK zone.
Summary:
In September, 70% of the orders will be shipped. Once the second ship arrives for the EU region, we will complete the remaining shipments.
We’ll share another update after September 15th, as previously mentioned.
We also want to thank everyone for the positive and enthusiastic feedback, both here on Kickstarter and via email, regarding the quality of Adaptabletop.
EXTRA NOTE: we are working on an upgrade of some parts of the accessories, we should be able to present it exclusively to you in October by also presenting the stls files that you can try in preview, now we can't say anything else but I hope it will be a pleasant surprise for all of you.

Hello everyone,
We want to update you on the current status of our shipping schedule.
ASIA REGION: Everything is ready to be managed by the warehouse this week. We will check each order and confirm with the team handling the orders that everything can be shipped.
AUSTRALIA REGION: The first shipment has arrived at the warehouse. The second shipment, originally scheduled to depart at the end of July, has been delayed and is now set to leave on August 7th, barring any further changes. Our procedure remains the same: we will review all orders and confirm with the warehouse team that they are ready to be prepared for shipping.
USA/CANADA REGION: The ship is expected to arrive at customs on August 16th. Once cleared, the goods will be unloaded and stored in the warehouse, where they will be processed for shipping as quickly as possible, ensuring all orders are correct.
EU/UK REGION: The first shipment for the EU region is expected to arrive by August 28th. As with other regions, we will conduct thorough checks before shipping to ensure everything is in order.
NOTE: The second ship for the EU region is expected to be ready the September. We will provide an update as soon as we have confirmation.
ADDRESS CHANGE NOTICE: We have updated all the new addresses you submitted. Thank you for sending your emails promptly, which helped us avoid any issues.

Status Ships and Shipment Scheduling

Hello everyone!
Today we want to provide an update on the management and arrival of various shipments.
ASIA: The material is being sorted, cataloged, and will be shipped by the end of this month.
AUSTRALIA: 80% of the material will arrive this month, with the remaining 20% arriving in early August. Therefore, we can confirm that all orders will be shipped in August.
USA AND CANADA: The material is expected to arrive by late July or early August. We will provide a quick update once we confirm that everything is in the warehouse in the coming weeks. If there are no delays, shipments are expected to start between August and September.
EU AND UK: The first batch of material will arrive in August. As with the USA and Canada, we will provide a quick update to confirm when everything is available in the warehouse to proceed with order processing.
We are continually monitoring shipping costs and will dispatch the remaining material as soon as there is a reduction in shipping costs.
In our next update, we will confirm the first regions where shipments will be active.
We thank everyone for their support and those who kindly provided updated addresses. We confirm that all addresses have been updated accordingly.
Next month, we will also have a surprise, but we can't reveal anything yet! However, it will be something very, very exciting (I can only say that it is a new, beautiful thing and that it will be free for you).

Planning and management of ships

Hi everyone, i hope you are all doing well.
We happy to inform you that the delivery to the warehouse in Asia responsible for preparing the materials for naval shipping is now operational. Unfortunately, ship costs have increased 35% since February. We have no clear reason for this hike, but it's the disappointing news we've received both in May and still now.
To ensure sustainable ship costs, we have begun shipping in small groups to help mitigate rising costs ( groupages).
The first groupages have already left the port. The next groupages are expected to depart in June, although we don't have a precise date yet as we are waiting for available space on the ships providing the service.
The regions that will receive the product first are:
- Australia and Asia
- USA and Canada
- Europe and the UK
This order is based on distance, not preference, for the initial batch of shipments.
We will keep you informed with concrete updates, as we are doing now. If we were to estimate delivery times for the first wave, they would cover the summer session in all regions, considering the various shipping schedules.

We did not expect such a significant increase in shipping costs and we are very sorry. However, we are optimistic about the delivery of the first wave in the coming months. We have faced difficult times with many particularly challenging events.
