Hi everyone, this is a short update to confirm that production of Adaptabletop is in its final stages and to confirm that there will be no extra shipping.
We wanted to specify that the shipment is split into 2 waves to allow us to manage everything better, especially after having had 8 months where we had to work without an office and a house, as you know it was terrible and really really hard.
Now our only doubt is to figure out how to manage the ships for the eu zone, maybe there won't be a switch as in previous years from china to eu zone due to the timing problems we now have to deal with due to the suez canal blockade, there is a possibility that we better ship everything to usa and then from usa zone make another ship for eu zone. We are asking for several quotes to get the timing right and to see if there are any differences. We will choose the route that takes the least amount of time, nothing will change for you, but we felt it was only fair to present the options we have for shipping.
If there are no strange problems, we can get everyone off the ground within the next few weeks .
A new update in early May will be available to confirm the timing of arrival in the warehouse and then for shipping.

Production Scheduling

Hello everyone!
We're back with a new update to introduce the production configuration.
As we've outlined in previous updates, production will commence after Darkest Doom (in the spring).
To streamline the process and allow everyone to start using Adaptabletop as soon as possible, we've decided to plan two waves of shipments.
We can now initiate production of Adaptabletop Standard in this March timeframe before beginning Darkest Doom. This version excludes LEDs and accessories; we're focusing solely on Adaptabletop.
We'll be able to ship the base product to everyone and proceed with the production of all add-ons, optimizing delivery times and finally enabling you to utilize Adaptabletop.
The scheduling for this initial delivery is estimated at 90/110 days from this month, factoring in vessel arrivals, warehouse delivery, and product shipment.
Meanwhile, we'll kick off the production of Darkest Doom and immediately follow up with the ATT accessories, ensuring the shipment of everything else and saving time in terms of maritime schedules. Since the base product has larger volumes, we have more options for available vessels due to smaller loads.
BIG BOX: The shipment of the big box will include everything except for the Adaptabletops that were previously sent to you.
This solution allows us to optimize production scheduling efficiently. In this way, we also have time to conduct tests on the big box to explore all design possibilities without excluding any solutions.

Pre-production Sample

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
Today, we can present the pre-production sample that has arrived in the studio. We conducted thorough checks and stress tests on each plastic module to ensure everything is perfect and functional.
As you can see from the photos, the product is sturdy and reliable.
It is crucial for us to avoid any quality issues to ensure the consistent positive feedback the product has always received.
Now we can confirm to the factory, as soon as they are operational again (in the coming weeks), that everything is suitable and meets our requirements regarding the quality standard. Production will then be ready to start between late winter and spring. For an exact date, we will need a response from the factory by the end of this month.
The next step we will be working on is the big box. So, in the upcoming updates, we will also discuss this in detail.

12.23 pre-production update

Hi everyone
We confirm that the production of the technological part is completed. The power banks are ready and the LED strips are also nearing completion.
We received a production sample of the epad with the new screen (on the right), here is a comparison with the previous model.
The epads are ready too.
In the next update we will give you an exact estimate of the production times of the plastic ATT modules because we will have the estimated production times of Darkest Doom which will cross the Chinese New Year. It is a time of forced closure of Chinese factories and always causes changes in schedules.
We take the opportunity of this update to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a better start to the new year

Hello everyone, here we are with a new update on the production status of this project.
DIGITAL WRITING PAD: We requested and tested a sample from a different manufacturing company than the one used a few years ago. We did this because we wanted an updated alternative. The new company proved to have a better display. We will start production of the epads in December. Although it is a free reward, we want to give you the best product possible.
OFFICIAL ADAPTABLETOP SAMPLE: Still in December, we will receive the official Pre-Production samples as the manufacturing was changed after the last production.
As previously explained, production of Adaptabletop will begin immediately after Darkest Doom core box one. We are carrying out the preliminary phases at the same time in order to speed up the scheduling and we have split the production of Darkest Doom to fit this one also and thus satisfy two projects at the same time. Although it may seem like a simple solution, we assure you that it is not so obvious, especially because it requires the availability of the manufacturing company.
Together with the new samples, we asked to modify the printing molds to further increase the junction space between the body of the leg and the top with the pins. We requested this because in the two previous productions, this point was detected as critical, and in a small percentage of legs it caused detachment.
BIG BOX Organizer: We are finishing the development of the organizer, in the first version the internal space dedicated to the legs was too narrow because it did not consider the rubber stoppers. In the next update, we will officially present it to you.
STLs: The files are all ready for download into your Backerkit account. Notifications were sent but like all emails, some were maybe lost in spam. In any case, log in to Backerkit and download them from the "Digital Download" section
LED strips: The production of this part is also expected between December/January. The pre-production sample sent meets the requests.a
Lastly, we would like to inform you that in the month of December, there will be a live campaign on Gamefound in which we will sell a small stock of ATT standard, black and without LEDs which has recently been freed from the problem we had with Floship. For those who are not aware, we have recently concluded a legal dispute that blocked the shipments of the previous project which caused us a huge economic loss. With this stock, we are trying to cover part of the expenses incurred.
The next update will be at the beginning of January to update you about the physical production of the tables.
The expected delivery times remain 1Q 2024, this is because the Chinese New Year always creates disruptions in production schedules.
