Hi everyone,
Here is an update about the status of the AdapTableTop LED third edition project.
Good news! The production of the Power Banks ended smoothly. We have now booked the production of the LED strips. It is actually planned for the end of November.
Production of the plastic part is still planned for early 2024.
AdapTableTop STL Edition.
As previously promised and to apologize for the production delays, ATT 3D printable will be given to all backers of this project as a bonus download.
It will be available around the end of the month of October on Backerkit and will be linked to your order of ATT LED third edition.
You will receive a message from Backerkit notifying you when the files are available for download.
It will certainly be a great way to start planning how to expand your ATT and perhaps find a 3D printing service that can satisfy you if you don't have access to a 3D printer.

Hi everyone,
We inform you that ATT third edition is also starting the production phases.
By the end of August, the manufacturer that dealt with the power banks in the last edition will start production for us. We trust on the same manufacturer because it proved reliable in the second edition.
The production of LEDs and epads is scheduled between November and December.
The Adaptabletops (plastic modules) production window will be around the end of this year - early 2024. We will produce them between the end of Darkest Doom core boxes and the start of the Darkest Doom expansions production process.
We apologize again for the minor updates of this project compared to the others but since there is no ongoing development here, we only inform you about the "practical" issues, i.e. the production moments and the logistical phases.

Hi everyone,
after having lined up the fulfillment of the previous projects and the production timeline of our board game Darkest Doom, today we clarify the timeline for the third edition of AdaptTableTop LED.
As explained in the previous updates, the productions are carried out in the dedicated "production windows".
Currently, we have to wait until the first wave of Darkest Doom is finished and the window for Adaptabletop production will be right after the first wave of Darkest Doom.
With the current schedule, it is not expected that you have to wait for all the production of Darkest Doom to be finished but only the first part where the plastic production machines are used.
As already anticipated, the power banks will be produced from the end of August and then stored. We won't wait for later windows because we don't know when they will be available. However, we are now testing the batteries that are in the second edition: they were manufactured a year before shipment and have not generated any problems. So we feel comfortable with this choice
The delay in delivery times has also lengthened due to the adversities that hit us during this year, last in line, the fact that we no longer have an office and therefore all staff members have to work from home slowing down all processes to finish the previous project (Darkest Doom).
For all these reasons we have decided to launch a Kickstarter campaign in August which will target a brand new version of AdapTableTop but as 3D printable STLs. It will include all parts of ATT together with accessories and many other unpublished parts.
A pledge that will include everything worth €49 will be assigned to each of you backers for free. We'll deliver this project finished in the 2 months following the completion of the campaign.
All parts of the ATT STL edition will be compatible with ATT LED third edition.
We are very frustrated and sorry for not hitting the schedule proposed in the Kickstarter but we are trying as always to do our best to make everything fit and above all, we want to be precise in explaining in the best possible way every dynamic and evolution of the development processes with each update.

03.22 Update on scheduling

Hi everybody,
As someone already read during the Ks campaign, we have decided to move the AdaptTableTop production from Eastar Games to TopQuality Games. The reason is that we were not satisfied with the very long management times of the previous project and the errors made in the control of the production processes.
Last week we received the first production sample from the new manufacturer and we are delighted with the result. We assure everyone that every part of ATT exactly conforms to the previous ones already made and we guarantee compatibility between all editions produced.
On the other hand, the battery is the part that will make us wait the most. The manufacturer that managed the previous production has a frame for us in August, this is because the crisis on the availability of lithium and semiconductors continues to weigh.
For these reasons, we need to align ATT production with electronic manufacturing.
Top Quality Games will also produce Darkest Doom, our first board game which is reaching very high numbers.
We have therefore agreed with TQG that the Darkest Doom production window will come before the AdaptTableTop. Mass production of DD is expected to end around the end of August. Next, we'll start with the AdaptTableTop.
As we are only waiting at the moment and all the preliminary phases are already completed, the next update will be in two months with an update on the scheduling.
In the meantime, we will also complete the fulfillment of the second edition which has proved to be particularly difficult. However, we have learned a lot from this experience and are confident that the fulfillment of the third edition will be much smoother.

Progression of AdaptTableTop LED
We have moved the production molds from Eastar to TopQuality Games. This will ensure an exact match of the AdaptTableTop parts between this production and previous ones.
We stand in line to wait for our moment to produce.
Production of the power banks is currently set for the end of May. We will adjust the production times of LEDs and plastic parts accordingly.
